if you lose at the judgement tournament you can just play again...and again and again and again until you win. you'll still get them when you win. i got them on my second try the first time i played through that event, but i'm not sure what would have happened if i decided to quit. maybe go talk to that guy who hosted it or something?
Apparently, according to the japanese wiki, it is purchasable from Romaioni for 3000 mystic jewels. No idea if that's true. Right now, he doesn't have it available. --Silverscarves 02:43, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
